PHYSICS ISSUES -
The phenomenon Einstein characterized as "spooky action at a distance." defies present understanding of matter and energy.
How can two photons that are far apart be directly related in a cause-and-effect situation, and at a faster-than-light speed?
How can two photons that are far apart be directly related in a cause-and-effect situation, and at a faster-than-light speed?
Chinese scientists claim this interaction is TEN THOUSAND TIMES FASTER than light. The experiment involved entangled photons, that - although intimately connected - get at some point separated by astronomical distances.
Once something is done to one photon, the other one responds accordingly, no matter how far it is, and at a speed much faster than light. They are "entangled".
