King of Jordan
The image Jordan’s king has established for himself in the US is that of a moderate Westernized ruler. Even further, after ISIS killed the Jordanian pilot last year, Jordan’s king portrayed himself as a warrior king combating terrorism.
Nonetheless, in the few lines, you will see, with documented evidence, that Jordan’s king has been supporting ISIS, at best, with his recklessness and incompetence, or at worst; he empowers ISIS on purpose for reasons that will be explained here.
Caveat: Although I do not have - and have never had - any religion, I believe in God, an unknowable God. To me His existence feels real, while it is obvious that religions are in one form or another a human creation. Somebody heard voices, had a dream, or witnessed an apparition. And it goes from there. People confuse God with man-made religion. And that's the start of a whole set of problems. But that's my humble opinion.
In the case of Israel, it is the Jewish people's historical land by right. Sometimes tyrants go as far as to declare themselves to be a god, or to be directly guided by god. It all works to get control the masses more effectively.
We must also acknowledge that religious inclination is almost instinctual in human beings. Wherever there is no religion, people manage to invent one to fill the gap. Even atheists have a superstition or two, so it's not that they don't believe in the supernatural.
So it's a matter of deciding which set of religious beliefs will cause the least amount of damage to individuals and society.
Militant atheists have been waging an all out war on Christianity, and to a lesser extent on Judaism, because they are easy targets. Neither Christians nor Jews issue fatwas against those who insult their religion. It's safe to denigrate both Christianity and Judaism. So put in very stark terms, those who target those religions while being mostly silent about Islam's depredations are being intellectually dishonest.
Richard Dawkins' buyers' remorse. But critics of Christianity can now realize that at some point their words have had a deleterious effect on society. Richard Dawkins is now expressing the equivalent of buyer's remorse. After denigrating Christianity for years, he is now forced to confront the fact that the expanding cult of Islam is a much greater threat than even the most fanatic sort of Christianity could ever be.
Many people can live righteous and happy lives without believing in God. But the majority cannot. Once Christianity and its general moral values are eradicated, we are left with a vacuum that is filled with damaging activities such as different forms of addiction, and a with sense of purposelessness, in addition to the quasi-deification of notions such as moral and cultural relativism.
Devoted Christians too engage in immoral and criminal activities, and can be prone to depression. But for society in general, Christianity is a safety net available for everyone, and should not be thrown away.
Militant atheism, by the way, does not guarantee that a society will be ruled by reason and compassion. Take the Soviet Union, China, and North Korea as examples. The horrors these officially atheist societies have inflicted on individuals and on the environment surpass any sins that Christian capitalism may have perpetrated so far.

Science as religion.Scientists have an almost religious attitude towards science itself, and they get extremely upset whenever anyone challenges their theories. This is particularly important in medicine, where much harm is being done in the name of approved medical practice. Although you will be chastised for daring to challenge a doctor's authority, those practices continue to be revised all the time. There is no sacredness to science, although scientists would like you to regard it as sacred dogma.
Scientists' adherence to scientific doctrine based on political ideology is well known. Scientists who don't follow the established dogma to the letter are shunned, and deprived of jobs and grants for research. This is how the dogma is usually maintained.

Inspired by the one hundredth anniversary of the start of World War I last year, I've been reading several books on that subject, and also on World War II, which was essentially its continuation.

In this election the left-wing Zionist Union has brazenly made use of a White House team of election advisers for the manipulation of the electorate and the mobilization of the Arab vote. A bipartisan US Congress panel is investigating this White House interference with the Israeli election, possibly financed with taxpayers' money.
Each of the participating animals had a poster complete with campaign slogan and party identity code just like their human counterparts (see lion campaign poster on the right). However, the posters also included educational information about the species and preservation activities.
The zoo has been holding elections for king of the animal kingdom for some 15 years, with the late King Lieder, the zoo’s Asiatic lion, reigning for a great majority of that period. No, it is not the question of whether to try to restart negotiations with the Palestinian Authority. And it is not related to the price of apartments, income inequality or any other domestic issue.

Between a third and half of the food grown today never makes it to market. Produce of all kinds is “lost” to spoilage and disease, due mostly to transportation, storage, and other logistics issues.
As a result, hundreds of millions of people still go hungry – but they don’t have to, thanks to an invention by Israel’s Pimi Agro.
A particularly sensitive is Iran’s ability to enrich uranium, which Tehran argues is needed to power Bushehr but Israel and Western powers fear will be used to make an atomic bomb.

For centuries, the famous biblical account of the “Red Sea Crossing” was dismissed by most scholars and historians as more symbolic than historical.
The team was searching for the remains of ancient ships and artefacts related to Stone Age and Bronze Age trade in the Red Sea area, when they stumbled upon a gigantic mass of human bones darkened by age.
The scientists lead by Professor Abdel Muhammad Gader and associated with Cairo University’s Faculty of Archaeology, have already recovered a total of more than 400 different skeletons, as well as hundreds of weapons and pieces of armor, also the remains of two war chariots, scattered over an area of approximately 200 square meters.
They estimate that more than 5000 other bodies could be dispersed over a wider area, suggesting that an army of large size who have perished on the site.
This magnificient blade from an egyptian khopesh, was certainly the weapon of an important character. It was discovered near the remains of a richly decorated war chariot, suggesting it could have belonged to a prince or nobleman. Many clues on the site have brought Professor Gader and his team to conclude that the bodies could be linked to the famous episode of the Exodus.
The White House is manipulating media attention away from its policies that support Iran's nuclear weapons development. A few voices have raised the alarm that the White House sudden interest in ISIS (or IS) is nothing but a means to distract attention away from its policies that favor Iran's nuclear program.

The US government quietly helps Iran through easing of sanctions, and a protracted series of "talks" leading nowhere, that give Iran more time to reach the point of no-return towards its nuclear goal. In the big picture, Iran is immeasurably more dangerous than ISIS.
Power groups come and go in the Middle East, but a nuclear Iran represents a catastrophic threat to the Middle East and the whole world. And let's not forget that Iran is prone to severe earthquakes, which could do damage to nuclear installations. The powerful United States military could stop ISIS if it wanted to. But the White House chooses not to.
As long as ISIS is capturing the front pages, the US government can quietly continue to ENABLE Iran to carry out its goal of becoming a nuclear power.
To begin with, it would unleash a nuclear arms race in the area. Several Arab countries, such as Saudi Arabia and Egypt, are already making plans to the acquisition of nuclear reactors "for peaceful purposes," which is the first step towards the development of nuclear weapons.
The White House also continues pushing its Two-States Final Solution for Israel, in spite of all evidence demonstrating that once Palestinians gain control of territory - as they did in Gaza - they don't stop there, but use it to terrorize Israel. Gaza is not a state yet, and so their military and diplomatic capabilities are very limited.But imagine what it would be like once Palestine becomes an independent state.
Israel's defensive options would be drastically reduced. The Islamic State of Palestine would have additional powerful allies that would come to their defense.
We can already hear the White House sternly warning Israel that no matter how much terror the Arabs inflict against Israelis, Israel must restrain its response lest it ignites a region-wide conflict.
Israel could not cope with a protracted war of attrition by "militants" hiding behind women and children. They would dig tunnels all along the border and drive Israelis away from their homes, and eventually from Israel itself. Many Israeli families living along the Gaza border have already fled, not to return. Israel is a tiny country. Where would Israelis go if attacked along their northern, southern and eastern borders, and their military is restrained by the US government? Just recently the White House forced Israel into a premature cease fire with Gaza that left many terror tunnels in place.
Furthermore, how could the state protect Israelis if there is a Palestinian land corridor splitting the country in two, as envisioned by the White House, as part of their Two State Final Solution?
What sense would there be for Israel's existence if Jews lose their very heart, Jerusalem, to the descendants of Arab conquerors and occupiers?

While the media focuses almost obsessively on the maps of IS’s takeover, “moderate” Iran is gaining control over even larger chunks of territory: Lebanon, parts of Syria and Iraq, and now Yemen.
The Saudis knows that the Iranians have transferred weapons to the Yemen Houthi rebels.
Iranian Revolutionary Guards forces were caught by the Yemeni army during the fighting.
The Saudis are worried that the new Iranian expedition will try to produce unrest in their own Shi’ite areas.
Next month, six months of talks over the Iranian nuclear program will end, likely without a major breakthrough. But even without nuclear weapons, it looks like the Iranians are doing just fine.
How is it possible that even the mighty air power of several armies, led by the US, cannot defeat IS? The answer, it seems, lies in the tactical level. IS has changed tactics. They are evolving, like a virus.
IS has changed the way in which they move around, and even in the way they dress, no longer with their distinctive black outfits.
With no boots on the ground, the US is flying blind.
In order to create targets, intelligence is needed. And without the presence of intelligence personnel and special forces on the ground, there is not sufficient information, it turns out, to stop the advance of IS.
Hard to believe, but the US administration has chosen Turkey and Qatar as closest allies in the Middle East - both of whom support and finance jihadists, including IS.
Turkey has even gone to the extent of bombing Kurds, who are the only reliable military force in the region capable of fighting IS.
The US has denied weapons to the Kurds and restricted weapons sales to Israel, but sold $11 billion worth of weapons to Qatar, which arms jihadists, including Hamas.
