The Jerusalem-based research institute NGO Monitor on Tuesday released a detailed analysis of how Catholic charity NGOs operating in Israel are propping up political campaigns to delegitimize and economically attack Israel.

Focusing on the period from 2008 and 2014, the analysis found that 7.4 million euros (approximately $8.2 million) were allocated by ten Catholic charities to 37 NGOs that feature an extreme anti-Israel bent and take part in the BDS movement to boycott the Jewish state.
The Catholic charities included Caritas Internationalis as well as Caritas members in the UK, US, the Netherlands, Canada, France and Ireland, as well as three other groups in Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands.
"In the Arab-Israeli context, Catholic aid charities distribute funds to NGOs that inflame conflict, dehumanize Israelis, and delegitimize Israel," said NGO Monitor's chief programs officer Yitzhak Santis.

It's getting hard to keep up withPope Francis' daily reinterpretation of morality. If it's sinful, we approve it, he seems to say. If it kills Jews, we honor and celebrate it.
This is becoming so disturbing that I felt compelled to discuss it with a top Vatican official the other day.
'What's going on?' I asked Father Sudicio, an advisor at the Vatican. 'Can you tell me why this pope is going out of his way to side with issues that most of us consider unsavory, immoral, corrupt, or plain criminal?'

Now that the Vatican has decided to "recognize" the "Palestinian people," although their ancestors invaded and conquered the ancient Jewish land in the 7th century, the only logical response from the world must be to recognize the legitimate rights of the Visigoths who conquered the Vatican even earlier. No justice – no peace.
Friends, Comrades, Zionists!
It is time we acknowledge Alaric I and his descendants as the true and rightful rulers of the Vatican. As you recall, the good Alaric took control of the Vatican on August 24, 410 CE, and turned it into a city of Visigoths.
Ever since then, the rights of the Visigoths to self-determination and freedom in the Vatican have been denied by Church authorities. But these rights to the eternal city are eternal and must at long last be acknowledged.
Indeed, Visigoth rights stem directly from the Nakba (Disaster) that the long-suffering Visigoths suffered at the hands of Theodosius and the Eastern Empire based in Constantinople and also from the Huns. Thousands of Visigoths were brutally murdered in the year 400 in Constantinople.
Clearly a two-state solution is called for whereby the Church can retain its control of Roman Ravenna and the Visigoths exercise their legitimate rights in the Vatican!
Now obviously the Visigoths held hegemony over the Vatican many centuries before anyone even dreamed of inventing a "Palestinian people."
While "Palestinians" are nothing more than Arabs from neighboring areas who migrated into "Palestine" to take advantage of the rising standards of living produced by the influx of Zionist migrants and capital, the Visigoths are a bona fide ancient people having their own rich culture.
Indeed their culture was the foundation for that of Spain and Portugal. They produced masterpieces of art and architecture. And they were progressive reformers; their laws were the first in Europe to recognize the legal rights of married women and of community property of couples. They were religiously tolerant and pluralistic. Unlike the Vatican.

'I understand your confusion,' said Father Sudicio. 'but we have a very long tradition of not only supporting immoral issues, but of being embroiled with them in a very enthusiastic manner. Some of our popes were so corrupt that even by today's lax moral standards we would regard them as outright criminal and depraved.'
'But they were still considered holy and infallible', I interjected.
'Exactly! As far as the Church was concerned, none of that was put into doubt. They still represented Jesus on Earth.'
Then he continued: 'We have also been engaged in protracted persecutions of Jews, for example. Centuries of it. During the Inquisition we excelled in methods of torture and murder. You are shocked by CIA waterboarding, but that's a mere tickle compared to the Church's old methods of forcing Jews to convert or die.'
'Isn't there a smidgen of guilt for the Church's crimes and their incitement to murder Jews,' I asked.
'Well, officially yes. But between you and me, Zbigniew, we lament we were so woefully ineffective. Fortunately the Nazis organized a better system. We could not come out and cheer them, but we were privately pleased.'
'Once the Nazis lost the war, we did what we could to help them by providing many Nazi war criminals with false identity papers so that they could flee Europe and escape justice. We take pride in having saved at least 1,000 of them. We are a compassionate Church, Zbigniew.'
'Indeed,' I said, sarcastically, but my tone was lost on Father Sudicio who had a strange gleam in his eyes as he recalled his Church's many accomplishments.
'But it's not just regarding the Jews that the Church has sinned,' I argued. 'There has been a complete disregard for children. The other day Pope Francis ordered priests to pardon all abortionists and all women who had had an abortion.'
'And then there is this other issue of priests raping children for decades, while the Church hierarchy has covered up their crimes, and even on a few occasions even sanctioned their acts. What justification can there be for such injustice?'
'Well, yes, but the fact is that there has been ambiguity in the Church on whether what the priests did was an actual crime or not,' argued Father Sudicio.
'Back in 2010,' he continued, 'Pope Benedict said pedophilia was not an absolute evil. He also claimed that child pornography was regarded as normal by society at large.'
'Pope Benedict also said that even within the realm of Catholic theology there is no such thing as evil in itself or good in itself. There is only a better-than and a worse-than. Nothing is good or bad in itself.'
'So, that explains the Church's own ambivalence, I thought. But if the Church is not there to establish norms of morality and decent behavior, what is it there for,' I asked.
'The Catholic Church is a large institution. We have a big tent. There is room for the pious and for the sinner; for high moral standards, and for depravity. Who are we to judge? Anyway, sometimes we need to sacrifice our standards for the sake of the greater good.'
'But what other than having people live closer to Jesus' moral ideals could be your goal?' I asked.
'Sadly, we cannot win the real war without some compromises, said Father Sudicio. Right now we are at a crossroads. If we take the high road, we lose. If we take the other road, we live to fight another battle.'
'Can you elaborate, Father?'
'Well, as you know there are thousands of Christians who are being persecuted and killed by Islam right now, as we speak. We'd like to do more for them. We'd like to at least make more forceful condemnations from the Vatican and the pulpits. But we can't. '
'We can't afford to irritate Muslims with any criticism. They are sensitive folks and they have issued warnings. So we are forced to maintain an alliance with Islam that at times seems rather uncomfortable.'
'Just like the Nazis were our last hope to get rid of the Jews, Islam is our last hope in the 21st century to put an end to the Jewish claim to the Bible, and hopefully to the Jews themselves.'
'That explains the Vatican's many years of condemnation and non-recognition of Israel,' I pointed out.
'Exactly. The truth is that we have easier access to the Holy Sites with the Israelis than with the Muslims, but we have to contend with the much larger issue concerning who is the true inheritor to the Bible. This is what is really at stake.'
'In other words, you need to kill the parent in order to claim your inheritance,' I said.
'You put it in rather crude terms, Zbigniew, but that is what it amounts to,' said Father Sudicio. 'As long as the Jews say that Israel is their land, and that they are the descendants of the ancient Hebrews and all that, we are left on the sidelines.
'However, we contend that modern Jews do not have any claim to the ancient ancestry line, and that we - the Church - are the true link to the Old Testament, the real Chosen People. The sooner the Jews are gone from the Middle East and from the rest of the world, the better.'
'But the Israeli Jews will be replaced by who knows who, I argued. Maybe ISIS will overrun the Holy Land and raze every single Biblical site there. '

'Well, we have to take our chances in life, don't we?' Said Father Sudicio. 'In fact, we'd rather have such a catastrophe fall upon the holy sites than continue to see the State of Israel in the area. '
'Isn't the Church a bit like a suicide bomber, willing to self-destruct for the sake of making a point?'
'Now, you're being too harsh and melodramatic, dear Zbigniew. Our church won't be destroyed, no matter what happens to Israel.'
'But your moral relativism is making you irrelevant to those who hunger for true moral values', I said. 'That's why your followers are thinning out. So maybe the Vatican and the Church won't disappear in an explosion, but will just dwindle into a wealthy but tiny cult by the middle of the century, with nothing left from its ancient Biblical values to speak of.'
'Well, sometimes you have to pay a price for what you want. And what we want is nothing less than the undisputed claim to being the true chosen people, the true Israelis.'

DAILY MAIL - Pope Francis has ordered Roman Catholic priests to bestow a full pardon on women who have committed a mortal sin by having an abortion.
Next year, both women who have had abortions, and doctors that have performed them, will be able to seek absolution, as part of a special Holy Year of Mercy decreed by the pope.
In the Catholic Church, abortion is considered one of the gravest sins and results in automatic excommunication.
It can only be forgiven in certain special circumstances, by high-ranking clergy or by making a pilgrimage to Rome during a Holy Year.
But in a gesture of reconciliation the pope is for the first time to send ordinary priests as ‘missionaries of mercy’ all over the world with special powers to forgive even the most serious sins.

The tacit alliance between the Church and Islam
What the general public may not know is that the Vatican and other Christian denominations have struck a tacit alliance with Islam, where the Church will abstain from criticizing Islam - even in the case of widespread persecution and murder of Christians - in exchange for Islam's relentless and violent war against Israel and the Jews.
Pope Francis and his predecessors have been outspoken in their support for Arab terrorists who threaten Israel and murder Jewish men, women and children.
And they have been mostly silent about the hundreds of thousands of Christians being persecuted, raped, enslaved or murdered by Islam.
That is the depth of Christianity's hatred for Israel and the Jews. As long as there are Jews the Church can't make full claim to the Bible - as Replacement Theology tries to do.
For Christian churches it is more important to see Israel destroyed, along with the Jews, than to stand in support of Christians and other victims of Islam.

Israel National News: Did Pope Francis justify the brutal Islamist attack on satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo in Paris last Wednesday, in which 12 people were murdered in cold blood?
The Vatican has snapped into overdrive trying to play down controversial comments made by the pope this Thursday, during a flight to the Philippines, which are seen as blurring the lines of free speech.
Saying there are limits to free speech, the pope referred to Alberto Gasbarri who organizes his trips, reports Associated Press.
"If my good friend Dr. Gasbarri says a curse word against my mother, he can expect a punch," the pope said half-jokingly, proceeding to throw a mock punch at him. "It's normal. You cannot provoke. You cannot insult the faith of others. You cannot make fun of the faith of others."
He called the attack an "aberration," but at the same time said a response - evidently a violent response as per his example - was expected.
They deserved it?
On a flight to the Philippines on Thursday, the pope spoke about the attack last week at the magazine which has published cartoons of Mohammed, the founder of Islam - along with cartoons poking fun at the pope and the Catholic church.
"There are so many people who speak badly about religions or other religions, who make fun of them, who make a game out of the religions of others," he said.
"They are provocateurs. And what happens to them is what would happen to Dr. Gasbarri if he says a curse word against my mother. There is a limit," opined the pope.
As backlash started to pour in to the comments, Rev. Thomas Rosica, an associate of the Vatican press office, issued a statement on Friday claiming the pope was not justifying the attack.
"Pope Francis has not advocated violence with his words on the flight," claimed Rosica. He said the statement was "spoken colloquially and in a friendly, intimate manner among colleagues and friends on the journey."
The pope is himself targeted for assassination by the Islamic State (ISIS) terrorist group, but last November he said he was open to "dialogue" with the brutal organization responsible for countless atrocities in Syria and Iraq.
Evidently his targeting is not for "provocation" but simply for his religion - ISIS has made clear that it is waging a war on Christianity, noting that Rome is a key target for conquest as the home of the Vatican and a core symbol of Christianity.
Pope Francis and his predecessors have been extremely supportive of Arab terrorists who murder Jews, and have waged an indefatigable diplomatic and verbal war against the state of Israel.
This and previous popes have warmly embraced terrorists with blood on their hands, such as Yassir Arafat and Mahmoud Abbas, and criticized the very existence of Israel.
Not only that, but the Vatican and other Christian denominations have delegitimized Jews' very connection with Israel and the Bible, in an attempt to usurp Jewish rights to the Bible and to the ancient sacred sites connected to Jewish history.
Such is the Vatican's hatred, that the popes would rather see Islam as owner of those holy sites, than the Jews.

Strangely, though, Middle East Christian who are safely away from the worst of Islam's persecution, share the same hatred for Israel.
