The rapists were Muslim men so instead of talking about it, the UK’s feminists bought $75 shirts reading, “This is what a feminist looks like” which were actually being made by Third World women living sixteen to a room. 

 

This was what a feminist looked like and it wasn’t a pretty picture.

The same willful attitude saw Ayaan Hirsi Ali, a survivor of genital mutilation and an informed critic of Muslim misogyny, booted from Brandeis by self-proclaimed feminists. Meanwhile the major feminist cause at the moment is Gamergate, a controversy over video games which can be traced back to a female game developer who slept with a video game reviewer.

 

Professional feminists have spent more time and energy denouncing video games than the sale and rape of girls in Nigeria and Iraq.

PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH VOTES NO ON PROTECTING BABIES BORN ALIVE DURING ABORTIONS

The nation’s largest Presbyterian denomination has been busy these days. It has voted to approve same-sex marriages, to endorse divestment as a protest against Israeli policies toward Palestinians, and now has approved allowing babies to die who are born alive during botched abortions.

 

As Wesley J. Smith at National Review Online observes, the motion that failed to win approval states:

 

1. Call for the Presbyterian Mission Agency and member congregations to enter a two-year season of reflection upon the plight of children unwanted by human society, both born and not-yet born, and to purposefully seek to enter the pure worship of God by offering aid, comfort, and the Gospel to those responsible for the care of our most desperate orphans (including those who survive abortion procedures): parents, siblings, church and community leaders, and the medical profession.

 

2. Direct the Moderator of the General Assembly and the Stated Clerk to issue statements that denounce the practice of killing babies born live following an abortion procedure, such as was revealed in the Dr. Kermit Gosnell clinic in Philadelphia.

 

“…[I]t is breathtaking that the Church wouldn’t even agree to ‘reflect’ on protecting the lives of born babies and denounce Kermit Gosnell-style murders," Smith notes. “This is akin to refusing to oppose the terminal neglect of unwanted infants, even infanticide.”

Philadelphia abortionist Kermit Gosnell was convicted last year of murdering babies who were born alive during botched abortions.

Wealth flowed during the 1880s and 90s, but only to the upper echelons of society. A vast gulf opened between rich and poor, earning this era the nickname "the Gilded Age." One immigrant photographer captured what it was like for New York's poor during this time, and his images remain arresting today.

 

The Danish-born carpenter Jacob Riis (1849-1914) migrated to the US in 1870. He started his career as a journalist in 1873 as a police reporter, only three years after he arrived in New York. Later he became the city editor of the New York Tribune.

 

When flash photography was born in 1887, he and three photographer friends began to photograph the slums of New York City and three years later he published How the Other Half Lives: Studies Among the Tenements of New York with more than a hundred photographs.

 

Later he wrote some other books, but none of those could approach the success of How the Other Half Lives.

Aborted babies from Canada have been burned at an energy plant to provide power to Oregon homes, the British Columbia Health Ministry has admitted. 

 

The biomedical waste shipped to the Covanta Marion plant in Brooks, Oregon also includes 'surgically removed cancerous tissue' and amputated limbs, officials revealed in an email. 

 

A waste-to-energy plant in Marion converts the tissue to power for homes.  The Board of Commissioners in Marion has now ordered the incinerator to stop accepting boxed medical waste to generate electricity

Louis Dembitz Brandeis was a crusader for social justice and freedom of speech, and he would have been horrified at the sight of academics - who are supposed to be guided by the highest principles of justice and scientific enquiry - betray those principles under the onslaught of an online mob and cancel the award of an honorary degree to Ayaan Hirsi.  Hirsi has been risking her life for many years in order to speak out against Islam's violence and oppression of women.

 

Silence at this decision from women's rights activists is deafening. 

 

To add to Brandeis University's betrayal of academic principles, is the fact that it was founded by a Jewish man - and Jews have suffered and continue to suffer because of Islam's fundamental hatred, oppression, and violence against Jews. 

 

Brandeis University did not have moral objections at associating itself with Al Quds University in Jerusalem, a Palestinian University that is a hotbed of anti-Semitism.  Brandeis University was shamed into suspending that association when they were confronted with photographic evidence of students marching and making the Nazi salute.  It's hard to believe that in the internet age Brandeis academics would be unaware of the Nazi nature of Arab nationalism and of Al Quds' own reputation of virulent anti-Semitism.  

 

Liberal Jews in Israel and in the Diaspora continue to side with the enemy in order to fit in with the liberal class current historical and moral distortion.  They would be horrified to stand up for their principles and be shunned by the same mob that demonizes Israel and turns a blind eye to Islam's oppression of women and minorities.
