UPDATE #2 - MARCH 4: Obama officials appear to confirm existence of wiretaps against Trump's team - A number of former Obama administration officials do not deny that such a wiretap existed. They just deny that the White House or Obama himself would have approved it or ordered it, and say that the Department of Justice would have sought it in consultation with a foreign intelligence surveillance, or FISA, court.
Obama’s former speechwriter Jon Favreau tweeted that he would warn reporters against saying there was no wiretap. And Favreau endorsed a Twitter feed that laid out the reporting about the existence of the wiretaps, which cited reporting from Louise Mensch, formerly of Heat Street, and The Guardian that the Obama DOJ had sought a FISA court approved surveillance warrant for Trump Tower back in the summer of 2016 that was denied but received a narrower focused warrant in October.
A non-denial 'denial' - Presidential plausible deniability. On Saturday, former President Obama’s spokesman Kevin Lewis denied that the former White House or the former President himself would have given such an order to wiretap Trump Tower—or any other type of surveillance in any case—but that such an order would have come from an “independent investigation led by the Department of Justice.”
Valerie Jarrett, another close Obama aide, also tweeted the statement from former President Obama’s spokesman, Lewis. Jarrett is, according to the U.K. Daily Mail, now living in the Obamas’ multimillion dollar Washington, D.C. mansion. From there, the Daily Mail reports, the former president and Jarrett will be running a “nerve center for their plan to mastermind the insurgency against President Trump.” "Check out statement from Kevin Lewis, spokesperson to former President Obama. UPDATE #1 - MARCH 4: President Trump on the offensive: He accuses the Obama administration of wiretapping his team at Trump Tower. MSM had already reported on this for months.
Breitbart: As former Heat Street editor Louise Mensch reported the day before the election, “sources with links to the counter-intelligence community” confirmed that a FISA court had granted a FISA court warrant in October to monitor activities in Trump tower. They were previously denied a request in June, according to the report as well as a report in the Guardian.
The New York Times reported on Wednesday that the Obama team classified the investigation at the lowest possible level, allowing the data gathered from the investigation to be shared and leaked widely within the administration.

However, Trump's adversaries in government and the media have been charging President Trump with all kinds of accusations without providing any evidence whatsoever. Government intelligence agencies have plenty of resources at their disposal but have been unable to present any evidence that Trump and his team conspired in any way with the Russians to influence the election. So far this has been nothing but a Democrat psychological operation to seed confusion and to bring disrepute into the Trump administration.

MARCH 3: The best defense is to go on the offensive, but the Trump administration is not doing that. It is being worn down while squandering time and effort fighting off a series of individual attacks by Obama allies in the media and in both political parties. Trump is failing miserably to expose the deep conspiracy aimed at bringing down the elected government of the USA. 
Whether Americans are pro-Trump or not, they should be extremely alarmed at how Obama's allies continue to misuse US intelligence and other government agencies for the purpose of undermining the democratic foundations of the United States.
How much did the Russians know about this Obama administration effort to frame Trump and his team in what could be construed as an illicit collaboration with the Russian government?The Russian government wanted Hillary Clinton to win. Obama had been very generous by releasing billions of dollars to Iran, an ally of Russia in Syria. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton sold the Russians 20% of the USA supply of uranium.
This American uranium is now making its way from Russia to Iran. So the Obama administration released billions of dollars to Iran so that it could buy uranium, and provided that material indirectly through Russia. It all makes sense now.

Iran is an enemy of the USA and of its Mideast ally, Israel. For the Obama administration to go through such lengths to ensure that Iran has the money and the uranium to build nuclear bombs that can kill millions of Americans is a stunning betrayal of the country.

Breitbart reports: Radio host Mark Levin used his Thursday evening show to outline the known steps taken by President Barack Obama’s administration in its last months to undermine Donald Trump’s presidential campaign and, later, his new administration.

The Obama administration sought, and eventually obtained, authorization to eavesdrop on the Trump campaign; continued monitoring the Trump team even when no evidence of wrongdoing was found; then relaxed the NSA rules to allow evidence to be shared widely within the government, virtually ensuring that the information, including the conversations of private citizens, would be leaked to the media.
Levin called Obama’s effort “police state” tactics, and suggested that Obama’s actions, rather than conspiracy theories about alleged Russian interference in the presidential election to help Trump, should be the target of congressional investigation.
