• The American public is so polarized that yesterday's irony was lost on them.  
• On April 10 Facebook's CEO Mark Zuckerberg testified in Congress after it was revealed that tens of millions of subscribers had their personal information harvested and sold by Facebook, not only for targeted ads but for nefarious political ends. 
• Just hours earlier it was revealed that the FBI - at the instigation of Bob Mueller - had raided the office and home of the President of the United States' private lawyer. 
• The general public was directly victimized by Facebook, a deceitful social medium. 
• The US president and the office of the president itself were victimized by an outrageous act that is part of an ongoing campaign to topple him from office.  This campaign is headed by Democrats and Never-Trumpers, and abetted by Swamp Republicans. 
• Following is the opinion of one of the best lawyers in the country, Alan Dershowitz. 
• He says that with this FBI raid, the long-held right to confidentiality between lawyer and client has been irretrievably damaged.  Anyone could be next. 
• By the way, the FBI was not looking for signs or treason or major crimes against the nation.  They were looking for salacious information regarding Trump's extramarital affairs and his efforts to cover them up.  That's their official story, anyway.  Unofficially, they will be looking for ANYTHING whatsoever that can be used to throw Trump out of office.

Why the FBI raid on Trump's lawyer hurts all of us

Many TV pundits are telling viewers not to worry about the government’s intrusion into possible lawyer-client privileged communications between President Trump and his lawyer, Michael Cohen.

 

The pundits say that since prosecutors won’t get to see or use any privileged material taken when FBI agents raided and searched Cohen’s law office, home and hotel room Monday the intrusion will not be a problem. This is because prosecutors and FBI agents create firewalls and taint teams to preclude privileged information from being used against the client in a criminal case.

 

But this analysis completely misses the point and ignores the distinction between the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution on the one hand, and the Fourth and Sixth Amendments on the other.

 

The Fifth Amendment is an exclusionary rule. By its terms, it prevents material obtained in violation of the privilege of self-incrimination from being used to incriminate a defendant – that is, to convict him or her of a crime.

 

But the Fourth and Sixth Amendments provide far broader protections: they prohibit government officials from in any way intruding on the privacy of lawyer-client confidential rights of citizens.

 

In other words, if the government improperly seizes private or privileged material, the violation has already occurred, even if the government never uses the material from the person from whom it was seized.

For months it has been suggested that the true source of the DNC leaks to Wikileaks was not the Russians but DNC staffer Seth Rich, who was gunned down in Washington DC as he walked home from a bar 

DC police claimed the DNC data analyst, 27, was killed in a 'botched robbery' but nothing appeared to be missing from his person when found by police.

Rod Wheeler, a private investigator working on the case, claims Mr Rich was in email contact with Wikileaks before being murdered

The official investigation has dragged on for months, and it is believed police and the FBI were ordered by higher authorities to stand down and do nothing.

Wheeler believes his death is being covered up and that authorities have been ordered to drop the investigation 

Investigator Wheeler's services were offered to the family and paid for by a third party 

Seth's computer and evidence of his emails to Wikileaks are in possession of the DC police or the FBI, says Wheeler.

Wikileaks's boss Julian Assange has never denied Seth Rich was the source of the DNC email leaks, but he has been firm in denying it was the Russians.

Releasing evidence of Seth Rich's DNC leaks to Wikileaks would weaken or put an end to the current narrative of blaming the Russians for the hacking.

The mainstream media have been silent regarding these developments.

Malia Zimmerman of Fox News writes that murdered Democratic National Committee staffer Seth Rich “leaked thousands of internal [DNC] emails to WikiLeaks” and that the FBI is in possession of their correspondence.
 

WikiLeaks leader Julian Assange has stopped short of identifying Rich as the source of the emails, but has taken a keen interest in the case, and has not denied working with Rich.
 

From Fox News:  The Democratic National Committee staffer who was gunned down on July 10 on a Washington, D.C., street last July just steps from his home had leaked thousands of internal emails to WikiLeaks, law enforcement sources told Fox News.

A federal investigator who reviewed an FBI forensic report detailing the contents of DNC staffer Seth Rich’s computer generated within 96 hours after his murder, said Rich made contact with Wikileaks through Gavin MacFadyen, a now-deceased American investigative reporter, documentary filmmaker, and director of WikiLeaks who was living in London at the time.  “I have seen and read the emails between Seth Rich and Wikileaks,” the federal investigator told Fox News, confirming the MacFadyen connection. He said the emails are in possession of the FBI, while the stalled case is in the hands of the Washington Police Department.

*  One of the most stunning facts about #obamagate or #deepstategate is that the Trump team did not assume from the start that they would be under Democrat surveillance. 

*  Even technologically unsophisticated private individuals  know that there is no such thing as privacy anymore. 

*  Every keystroke on your computer can be hacked.  Even private activity within your home or office can be watched via your own electronic devices. 

*  For a long time there has been technology able to remotely (say, from a vehicle) see and listen through walls, with no need to enter your home.

*  If  the Trump team has been so naïve and unsophisticated in failing to prepare and protect themselves against internal political enemies  - how can we expect them to properly protect the USA from foreign enemies?

UPDATE #2 -  MARCH 4:  Obama officials appear to confirm existence of wiretaps against Trump's team - A number of former Obama administration officials do not deny that such a wiretap existed. They just deny that the White House or Obama himself would have approved it or ordered it, and say that the Department of Justice would have sought it in consultation with a foreign intelligence surveillance, or FISA, court.

Obama’s former speechwriter Jon Favreau tweeted that he would warn reporters against saying there was no wiretap.  And Favreau endorsed a Twitter feed that laid out the reporting about the existence of the wiretaps, which cited reporting from Louise Mensch, formerly of Heat Street, and The Guardian that the Obama DOJ had sought a FISA court approved surveillance warrant for Trump Tower back in the summer of 2016 that was denied but received a narrower focused warrant in October.

 

A non-denial 'denial' -  Presidential plausible deniability.  On Saturday, former President Obama’s spokesman Kevin Lewis denied that the former White House or the former President himself would have given such an order to wiretap Trump Tower—or any other type of surveillance in any case—but that such an order would have come from an “independent investigation led by the Department of Justice.”

Valerie Jarrett, another close Obama aide, also tweeted the statement from former President Obama’s spokesman, Lewis. Jarrett is, according to the U.K. Daily Mail, now living in the Obamas’ multimillion dollar Washington, D.C. mansion. From there, the Daily Mail reports, the former president and Jarrett will be running a “nerve center for their plan to mastermind the insurgency against President Trump.”  "Check out statement from Kevin Lewis, spokesperson to former President Obama. UPDATE #1 -  MARCH 4:  President Trump on the offensive:  He accuses the Obama administration of wiretapping his team at Trump Tower.  MSM had already reported on this for months. 

 

Breitbart:  As former Heat Street editor Louise Mensch reported the day before the election, “sources with links to the counter-intelligence community” confirmed that a FISA court had granted a FISA court warrant in October to monitor activities in Trump tower. They were previously denied a request in June, according to the report as well as a report in the Guardian. 

The New York Times reported on Wednesday that the Obama team classified the investigation at the lowest possible level, allowing the data gathered from the investigation to be shared and leaked widely within the administration.

 You will notice that the mainstream media's reaction today is one of shock at how Trump could lay such accusations "without evidence".  However, Trump's adversaries in government and the media have been charging President Trump with all kinds of accusations without providing any evidence whatsoever.  Government intelligence agencies have plenty of resources at their disposal but have been unable to present any evidence that Trump and his team conspired in any way with the Russians to influence the election.  So far this has been nothing but a Democrat psychological operation to seed confusion and to bring disrepute into the Trump administration.  

 

MARCH 3:  The best defense is to go on the offensive, but the Trump administration is not doing that.  It is being worn down while squandering time and effort fighting off a series of individual attacks by Obama allies in the media and in both political parties.  Trump is failing miserably to expose the deep conspiracy aimed at bringing down the elected government of the USA.   

Whether Americans are pro-Trump or not, they should be extremely alarmed at how Obama's allies  continue to misuse US intelligence and other government agencies for the purpose of undermining the democratic foundations of the United States. 

How much did the Russians know about this Obama administration effort to frame Trump and his team in what could be construed as an illicit collaboration with the Russian government?

The Russian government wanted Hillary Clinton to win.  Obama had been very generous by releasing billions of dollars to Iran, an ally of Russia in Syria.  Secretary of State Hillary Clinton sold the Russians 20% of the USA supply of uranium. 

This American uranium is now making its way from Russia to Iran.  So the Obama administration released billions of dollars to Iran so that it could buy uranium, and provided that material indirectly through Russia.  It all makes sense now.

• This may not be the greatest speech in history, but it is the most important in our century.   
• It outlines the blueprint for drastically stopping the liberal and ultra-leftist agenda.

The controversy over whether president Obama is a crypto Muslim or not is moot.  What really matters is:

• That his 'Christian' pastor Jeremiah Wright, whose church Obama attended for years before he became president, was a well-known black supremacist, Marxist, outspoken and virulent hater of whites and Jews, and a conspiracy theorist. 
• That the Obama-Wright's relationship was as close as that of a father and son.
• That Wright's ideology with its racist rants never seemed to bother Obama until he became a presidential candidate, when he distanced himself from his church.
• That Obama's disturbing connection with Wright and his 'church' was brushed off by the media and Obama's supporters.
• That the Obama administration has given preferential treatment to Muslims at home and abroad, no matter how many depredations they cause on a daily basis.
• That he has imported about one million Muslims into the USA during his tenure.
• That he has completely refused or neglected to bring in Christian and Yazidi refugees - who are innocent victims in ongoing Muslim carnage in the Middle East.
• That he has taken sides with Palestinian terrorists in the Muslim-Israeli conflict, where six million Jews face the threat of 1.5 BILLION Muslims
• That through his diplomatic deal with IRAN he has released enormous amounts of money to that oppressive country, while the State Department admits such money can and will be used to fund terror around the world
• That through that same deal he has facilitated Iran development of nuclear weapons, in full knowledge of repeated genocidal threats by Iran to wipe Israel off the map.  
• That Obama's disastrous legacy includes a country more divided than ever along racial lines, and a rising tide of anti-white and anti-Semitic violence.

Fox News host Bill O'Reilly shared photos of Barack Obama in traditional Muslim dress he claims are from Obama's half-brother Malik's wedding.   O'Reilly says they prove Obama's 'deep emotional ties to Islam'.  This has hurt the USA, he stated, because Obama has failed to combat ISIS, which he regards the Obama administration's greatest failure.

On the following video Bill O'Reilly makes a comparison between the faithful's reaction to pedophile priests and Muslim terrorists.  O'Reilly ignores a very big difference.  Those priests did not abuse children on the basis of Christian beliefs, but after giving in to their base instincts.  Nowhere in the Bible there is a directive to sexually abuse children.

 

Muslim terrorists, however, act according to Muslim scriptures.  The Koran calls for the murder of the Infidel and promises paradise to those who perpetrate these and other crimes.  ISIS can quote you chapter and verse in the Koran where their sadistic behavior is fully justified, condoned, and encouraged.  (See excerpts of the Koran further on this page.)

A Freudian Slip 

On this other vintage video from September 2008, friendly journalist George Stephanopoulos keeps prompting Obama to deny rumours that he is a Muslim.  After much meandering Obama refers to his "Muslim faith" - to which George immediately corrects him:  "You mean your Christian faith".   

 

Obama's words are often regarded as a Freudian Slip, which is defined as an inadvertent mistake in speech that reveals a person's unconscious motives, wishes, or attitudes.   Usually such words don't come out unless they are suppressed but deeply ingrained in a person's mind.
