The former senior vice president of programming and documentaries of Al Jazeera America announced a lawsuit against her former employer on Thursday, charging the American branch of the Qatar-based news network with a vitriolic bias against Israel, as well as discrimination against non-Arabs and women.

• She charged the company with showing a blatant pro-Arab bias both in terms of employment and news coverage, with the most intense bias coming out against Israel.
• The company is being accused of being acutely sexist and anti-Semitic.
• During last summer's counter-terror Operation Protective Edge in Gaza, she reported being told the mission was to portray Israel as the villain, and give an unfair slant in favor of the Arab and Muslim perspective of the conflict.
• She alleges that AJAM management invoked the conspiracy theory that the 9/11 terror attack was a CIA plot.
• She reported a widespread review bias favoring Arab workers, even when less qualified than non-Arab employees.
• One other employee resigned over anti-Semitic behavior in management.
• Several other employees have resigned in the recent past due to the company bias.
• According to High-Bassalik, the news company's tone has turned more biased as its ratings plummet.

NOTE:  Thousands of years ago, at a time when Europe was  populated by wild, primitive roaming tribes, Jews already had a state and a culture that has served as a basis for Western values, spirituality, and civilization. 

 

For the past 2000 years - ever since the Romans destroyed Jerusalem and enslaved the Jews or sent them into exile - the Europeans have persecuted, tortured, massacred. and burned alive MILLIONS of Jews. 

 

The last 6 million are often mentioned, but the killings started much earlier.

 

Those genocidal nations - after perpetrating all those crimes - feel ENTITLED now to dictate to Jews whether they can or can not build homes in their ancient capital of Jerusalem.

 

They feel ENTITLED TO DEMAND where Israel should draw its borders.   

 

They feel ENTITLED to tell Israel when, how, and if it can defend itself.

 

Never mind that Europe and the United States DID NOTHING every time the Arabs attacked the Jews with the intent to wipe out its population.   They secretly cheered as Arabs attacked in 1948, 1967, 1973.... 

 

Since the Jews fought and won every time against impossible odds, now the US and Europe have resorted to diplomatic pressure, propaganda, and psychological methods to force the partition of Israel, knowing full well that Israel cannot survive with what are often called "the Auschwitz borders". 

 

And it's not only a matter of security. The land that the Americans and Europeans are demanding for a terror Arab state is the ancient biblical land of Israel.  They are asking the Jews to surrender that land to Islam - a conqueror and occupier in the region.

 

It gets worse.  The Palestinians were allied with Hitler during the war, and their leader worked in Berlin alongside Hitler in the design and implementation of the Final Solution.  That Palestinian leader, the Mufti of Jerusalem, set up a Muslim Nazi SS Division guilty of war crimes in Eastern Europe.

 

In other words, the world is now demanding that the Jews reward the Muslim Nazis.  Germany had to pay compensation for their crimes, but their accomplices, the Palestinian Arabs, are supposed to get rewarded by their very victims.  (See references at the end of the page.)

 

The map above shows how Israel would look like:  9 mile wide at its narrowest point, and split in two to give Arabs a land corridor.  

 

The fact that Israel's surrender of Gaza to the Palestinians brought only more Arab terror and infiltration across the border means nothing to those who argue that a bigger partition will bring "peace".  

 

Ironically, at the same time as Europe and the US governments insist on imposing their HOAX of "land for peace" on Israel, Muslims can't even make peace among themselves, and are killing each other in Syria, Iraq, and other parts of the Muslim world.   

 

The European and American plan for Israel's partition is nothing less than a plan for a second Holocaust.  The Europeans who did the killings, and the Americans  who closed their doors to European Jews during the Nazi years, want the Arabs to complete the genocidal job the Europeans left unfinished. 

 

The following article calls attention to European hypocrisy, as European countries that deny self-determination to their own ethnic minorities, demand Israel's partition for the creation of the Islamic state of Palestine.

Europe, what about your separatists?

It seems that quite a few European countries are in the process of "recognizing" the "state" of "Palestine."  The question arises as to what the appropriate response from Israel should be to these actions by the Europeans.

Here is a plan:

If Belgium recognizes "Palestine," then Israel must recognize the separatist movements of the Flemish, the Walloons, and the Belgium Germans, and officially recognize the right of each group to set up its own state.

If Denmark  recognizes "Palestine," then Israel must recognize the separatist movement of the Faroese and officially recognize the right of the Faroe Islands to be an independent state.

If Finland recognizes "Palestine," then Israel must recognize the separatist movements of the Åland Swedes, and officially recognize their right to set up their own state.

If France recognizes "Palestine," then Israel must recognize the separatist movements of the Basques in France, of Brittany, of Northern Catalonia, of Savoy, of Occitania, and of course of Corsica.   Israel should officially recognize their right to set up their own states and arm them generously.

If Germany recognizes "Palestine," then Israel must recognize the separatist movements of the Bavarians, the East Frisians, the Franconians, the Lusatians, and the people of Shleswig-Holstein, and Israel must officially recognize their right to set up their own states.

THE HYPOCRITICAL REACTION TO THE ISRAELI JEWISH STATE LAW from the US State Department and from countries that call themselves "Arab Muslim States under Sharia Law" - Here are the facts and why this law is necessary.

The Israeli Knesset will be enacting a law that designates Israel as a Jewish state.  This has elicited an outcry from all corners of the world. 

The US State Department interfered in Israel's internal affairs and called on Israel "to stick to democratic principles" - oblivious to the fact that the US president himself does not, with Executive Orders that bypass the newly elected Congress representing the will of the majority of Americans.

Muslims are in a loud uproar, accusing Israel of discrimination against its Arab population. 

Curiously, the Druze, a sect derived from Islam, and victimized by Arab countries, is all for Israel defining itself as a Jewish nation.

EOZ - Arabs have been unanimous in rejecting the idea of Israel being a "Jewish state." Their reasons are that by definition a Jewish state would be discriminatory against Arabs and Muslims.



If you define "Jewish" in purely religious terms, that would mean that any state that defines itself as "Islamic" is, by definition, equally guilty of this discrimination.

 

If you define "Jewish" in ethnic or national terms, then any state that defines itself as "Arab" would be equally guilty of the racism that Israel is being accused of.

Time to check out the official hypocrisy of Israel's critics, and note the deafening silence towards this supposed Arab and Islamic racism:

The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan is an independent sovereign Arab State. It is indivisible and inalienable and no part of it may be ceded. The people of Jordan form a part of the Arab Nation, and its system of government is parliamentary with a hereditary monarchy.

Islam is the religion of the State and Arabic is its official language.

• US Supreme Court is to decide whether an American Jew born in Jerusalem can list Jerusalem, Israel as his place of birth on his US passport.
• If Jews don't have a right to Jerusalem in spite of their thousands-of-years-old connection to that city, why would descendants from Muslim invaders from the Saudi peninsula have more rights to it?
• Lawyers for the Obama administration compared Israel's ownership of Jerusalem to the Russian takeover of Crimea - in spite of the 3700 years of continuous Jewish relationship with Jerusalem.
• In other words, the White House is legitimizing the invasion and occupation by Romans, Byzantines, Arabs and Turks - and delegitimizing the true owner of the land all along: the Jews.
• Thus we have a the absurdity of a government ruling a country with only a few hundred years of history, built on native land, telling the Jews that they don't have the right to their ancient capital, Jerusalem.
• In a rather bizarre turn Judge Sotomayor appeared to argue that president Obama's belief that Jerusalem does not belong to Israel supersedes the central argument of whether Jerusalem is Israeli or not.  She said putting Israel as country of birth would imply the president was lying, since he does not believe it.
• The irony:  The current US administration has countered that allowing to put Jerusalem, Israel as place of birth on passports, would harm President Obama’s “credibility” in global affairs - naively implying that there is still any credibility left to protect, after the abysmal failure to protect minorities being ethnically cleansed all over the Mideast. and the increasing mistrust of the US in that part of the world.

Lawyers for the Obama administration compared Israel’s control of Jerusalem to Russian claims over the Ukrainian territory of Crimea during oral arguments this week before the Supreme Court in a case concerning the rights of U.S. citizens to list Jerusalem as part of Israel on their passports.

 

The Zivotofsky family

U.S. Solicitor General Donald Verrilli, who is rumored to be in the running to replace outgoing Attorney General Eric Holder, drew the comparison on Monday while he attempted to convince the Supreme Court that Jerusalem is not officially part of Israel.

 

The controversial case hinges around Menachem Zivotofsky, who was born in Jerusalem in 2002.

 

Zivotofsky’s parents requested that Menachem’s U.S. passport bear “Jerusalem, Israel” as his place of birth, a request that was denied by the Obama administration on the basis of its longstanding policy to not recognize the holy city as part of Israel.

 

The Zivotofsky family sued following the decision and the case has been stuck in judicial limbo since. The Supreme Court agreed to hear the case and initial arguments by both sides were presented this week.

Human rights organizations and foreign governments seem oblivious to the blatant violation of human rights by Hamas terrorists.  Here is a partial list of their ongoing violations.
