GOVT BIOETHIC PANEL RECOMMENDS ANTHRAX VACCINE TRIAL USING LITTLE CHILDREN

UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS

This idea is controversial for a variety of reasons. One of them is that the children would not directly benefit from exposure to this vaccine - even though there are dangerous and at this point ummeasurable risks. The proposal is to give this vaccine starting with older children and then move on to younger aged kids, including infants.
