HORRIFYING - BUGS IN EXTREME CLOSE UP PICTURES

Not for the faint of heart.

See these excellent pictures taken by Francis Prior, a teenage photographer who mastered a homemade technique to make these frightening close up pictures of household bugs.

He uses a macro lens to capture the tiniest of details, and layers up to 100 shots on top of one another. Each photo takes around six hours to product.

Arthur was a stray dog who decided to join a European Peak Performance Team during their treck through the jungle in South America. It all started when one of the members gave him a meatball. From then on Arthur followed them through all kinds of challenges. In the end his loyalty, bravery and devotion paid off.
