CRASHING A PLANE WITH JUST A SMARTPHONE

Could a computer hacker crash an airplane in flight using only a smartphone app? Experts think this is a possibility. Hugo Teso, a programmer and also a trained commercial pilot, says this technology would not be picked up by security checks. He has shown an app as "proof of concept" to airlines to alert them of this danger. It's just a possibility, but that's how all innovations - good and bad - get their start.
