The offensive picture showed Andrea Lalama's children carrying hand-drawn signs that read:

"ORGANIC FOOD It's My Medicine - Label GMOs - Say NO to GMO"

After this picture was shared on Facebook by Natural News, Andrea's account was immediately suspended.
