This loveable pup is one of the pooches included in photographer Julia Christe's book Flying Dogs
A collection of more than 120 photographs has been released showing different breeds in mid air.  They were dropped from a small height by their owners as the images were taken by Julia Christe.  In some cases a wind machine was used to make pictures of long-haired dogs dramatic.
Julia began her Flying Dogs project as a student in Berlin in 2006 and was then commissioned to do a series of similar photos for an advertising campaign for a veterinary product

Photographer Julia scoured dog shows, dog schools and vets for her models, who were each dropped by their owners from a very low height onto a mattress

Julia started the project back in 2006 and was commissioned to do a series of photos

'The expression on their faces mostly reflects the surprise of the first flight, and in most cases the first jump provided the best pictures,' said Julia
