Thick fog and low clouds rolled across parts of the West Country and East Midlands this morning before sunrise.  Temperatures plummeted to as low as -2C in parts of the nation, as the UK awoke to a frosty Sunday.  The cold conditions were blasted away as the sun rose, creating majestic views in Somerset and Derbyshire.  But the picturesque sights will be just a memory tomorrow, with 50mph winds and driving rain set to batter the South
