VIDEO WILD BILL FOR AMERICA:
Dead Teens and Democrats

Democrats unleashed a war against the moral foundation of America, particularly against traditional family values, the Ten Commandments, and God Himself.  The result is in the rapidly deteriorating American families and communities, and the very social fabric of America.
  • Chicago teens fatally shot congressman’s grandson Jovan Wilson (photo) in fight over shoes, police say
  • A 16-year-old boy and a 17-year-old girl in Chicago were charged Sunday with first-degree murder in the shooting death of Jovan Wilson, the teenage grandson of longtime Illinois Democratic Rep. Danny Davis, in an attack police said was sparked by a dispute over gym shoes.
  • The two teens had forced their way into the house brandishing a gun.  They were also initially charged with home invasion.
  • By November 1st, Chicago surpassed 600 homicides in ten months, a number that could rise to 730 homicides by December 31 at the current pace.
  • Chicago is a Democrat-run, gun-free city.

Authorities identified the suspects as Tariq M. Harris, 16, and Dijae T. Banks, 17, according to the Chicago Tribune, which reported that they were being charged as adults and held without bail.

The teens were also charged with home invasion, the Tribune reported. Attorney information for the defendants was not immediately available early Monday.

Davis, who was recently reelected to his 11th term, said he grieved for his grandson but was ambivalent about the charges.

“I have empathy not only for the members of my family whose lives have been disrupted,” Davis told reporters outside his office Sunday afternoon, “but I also have empathy and concern for the families of the individuals who were involved. I’ve never been into this eye-for-an-eye and a tooth-for-a-tooth kind of business. That’s not my personality. That’s not my being.”

Wilson, 15, was at his home in Chicago’s Englewood neighborhood with several family members the evening of Nov. 18 when Harris and Banks knocked on the back door, Assistant State’s Attorney Bryan Grissman said in a news conference Sunday.

Family members distraught over the teen's murder.

Banks and Wilson’s 14-year-old brother had been exchanging clothes over the past few weeks, Grissman said, and Banks wanted to trade back a pair of shoes she had given him for a pair of pants.

When the 14-year-old went to the door to speak with her, the teenagers forced their way in, with Banks brandishing a handgun, according to Grissman. Banks handed the gun to Harris and began threatening Wilson’s 16-year-old sister, Grissman said.

“Defendant Banks was angry and she wanted to fight,” he said.

As the two girls scuffled, Wilson tried to break up the altercation. Wilson and Banks traded closed-fist blows, and Banks got angry that her accomplice was not stepping in to help, according to Grissman.

At that point, Grissman said, Harris fired the gun once at Wilson, striking him in the neck and killing him. The defendants then fled out the back door, Grissman said.

Investigators initially suggested the incident was a home invasion, but Chicago Police Department spokesman Anthony Guglielmi tweeted Saturday that the teenagers were fighting over clothes.
