* Blogger's note: As I was posting this article I could not help but see some similarity between this anomalous relationship between Redd and the cat, and the US-Muslim migrants relationship. Nuclear-armed American authorities also walk on tip toes, lest they might offend the perennially offended Muslim population in the United States.
* We are still reeling from the biggest gun massacre on US soil - perpetrated by Omar Mateen, an American Muslim terrorist, at a gay bar in Orlando.
* Details are emerging on how US authorities - from his employer to government security agencies - hesitated, and then refused to deal with obvious signs that Omar appeared to be a candidate for Sudden Jihad Syndrome.
* Details are emerging on how US authorities - from his employer to government security agencies - hesitated, and then refused to deal with obvious signs that Omar appeared to be a candidate for Sudden Jihad Syndrome.
* Out of political correctness - or as in the case of the powerful pitbull below - out of fear of disturbing a much smaller adversary, the US allows itself to be cowered into a pathological state of fear of upsetting the intolerant and the hateful - as long as they are Muslims. US cowardice leads to failure to fulfill its duty to protect innocent American citizens.
OH, MY - AND WHAT IF THE CAT WAKES UP?
- Huge pit bull Redd is called into another room by his foster parents
- He is forced to walk past a door where cat lives and looks nervous
- Dog tip-toes as slowly as he can past feline so as not to disturb it
- Redd stares at the door the whole time in fear of being ambushed
In the clip, the video maker calls Redd into another room - a short journey that will take him through a tight corridor and past a closed door.
The dog is seen coming into the frame at the start of the clip. He is both big and muscular and every bit the alpha male you would expect. However - his appearance aside - there is something slightly bizarre about his behaviour in that he seems to be tip-toeing.
It is not immediately clear what Redd is so very nervous about as he walks very slowly towards the door, controlling each footstep to make as little noise as possible.
According to the video maker, the family's pet cat lives behind the door - something Redd is acutely aware of and seemingly concerned about.
There is no evidence that the cat has shown disdain towards the dog in the past, but regardless of this fact, Redd is not prepared to take a chance. The clip concludes with the pit bull - who watches to his left in fear every time he goes to take another step - eventually reaching his foster parent.
Writing online, the the dog's foster parents asked whether anyone has ever seen a dog tip-toe before and added that they cannot 'fathom' why he hasn't been adopted yet. WATCH VIDEO:
