The ‘Battle of Tabouk’ was a military expedition or a “jihad” to present-day northwestern Saudi Arabia led by Muhammad with the intention of fighting the Byzantine army, which was not present when Muhammad arrived with his 30,000 strong force.
The Koran refers to the battle by calling on Muslims to fight and kill non-believers until they “pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.”
The Jizya is a crippling tax on non-Muslims which is currently imposed on Christians in the Middle East by ISIS under threat of execution and taking their wives as sex slaves.
After Muhammad and his army arrived in Tabouk, “Jewish and Christian tribes in the area where Muhammad was converted to Islam,” while Muhammad also sent a letter to the Christian Prince of Ayla/Aliah threatening him to convert to Islam, pay the Jizya, or be killed.
Mohammad conquered his way through vast territories by massacring entire populations. Here is one example. In summary; the children are basically singing a song that celebrates the subjugation and “submission” of Christians to Islam after thousands of Muslims migrated and took over a large portion of territory.

The renowned missionary David Livingstone estimated that for every slave who reached a plantation, five others were killed in the initial raid or died of illness and privation on the forced march.[Woman’s Presbyterian Board of Missions, David Livingstone, p. 62, 1888] Those who were left behind were the very young, the weak, the sick and the old.
These soon died since the main providers had been killed or enslaved. So, for 25 million slaves delivered to the market, we have an estimated death of about 120 million people. Islam ran the wholesale slave trade in Africa.

A rough estimate by Raphael Moore in History of Asia Minor is that another 50 million died in wars by jihad. So counting the million African Christians killed in the 20th century we have:

Oddly enough there were not enough Jews killed in jihad to significantly affect the totals of the Great Annihilation. The jihad in Arabia was 100 percent effective, but the numbers were in the thousands, not millions. After that, the Jews submitted and became the dhimmis (servants and second class citizens) of Islam and did not have geographic political power.
