PALESTINIANS IMPOSE THE DEATH PENALTY ON ARABS WHO SELL HOMES TO JEWS - They just executed an Arab for that reason.

  • Palestinians stabbed another Arab to death, apparently in a dispute over the sale of homes to Jews.
  • In the past, Palestinians found to have sold their homes to Jewish organizations have been killed.
  • Fadi Maragha, a local 'moderate' Fatah representative, said he felt that the broker who sold homes to Jews should die.
  • Silwan is part of the City of David, believed by archaeologist to be the site of King David's palace.
  • The mufti of Jerusalem, Sheikh Muhammad Ahmad Hussein, said the purchase furthered the "Judaization" of Jerusalem.
  • He said he was unfamiliar with the details but called the entry of Jewish residents into Silwan a “criminal act”
  • Police had to escort the new Jewish residents and provide them with protection.
  • Police said that the purchase had been done according to the law.
  • Arabs are free to buy homes in Jewish neighborhoods.  Nobody gets killed.

A resident of the Jerusalem neighborhood of Silwan was stabbed to death Thursday evening, with local residents reportedly saying that he was killed in a dispute over selling property to Israeli Jews.

It what appears to be a fight between Arab families, an Arab man was stabbed in the stomach and killed in the Silwan neighborhood of Jerusalem. The Silwan (City of David) is just below the Old City.

Police say it was a squabble between two families related to stairs shared by both families into their respective homes.  But Haaretz has a different version. They say there is suspicion that it is related to the recent selling of a 25 apartments to Jews in the City of David (Silwan).

Residents of Silwan claimed that the family of the murdered man recently sold one or more apartments to Jews, but as it turns out, other Silwan residents claim that the family of the murderer also sold an apartment next to those apartments, to Jews.

Within the neighborhood, there is a lot of finger-pointing as to which families secretly sold the 25 apartments to Jews. It’s starting to look like they all did.

The unnamed man, was taken to Jerusalem’s al-Maqased Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Jews were confronted by a large crowd of Arab residents, who harassed them with shouts, rocks and fireworks until they were dispersed by riot police. The injured officer, who was hit by a rock, was treated at the scene.
“In terms of the police perspective, the homes were legally sold to the Jewish families, who were escorted by officers to prevent incidents from local Arab residents,” a police spokesman said, adding that there had been no arrests.

In Silwan, there are 90 Jewish families with about 500 Jews, who live among 50,000 Arabs. No one has even discussed a similar penalty for Jews who sell apartments to Arabs in predominantly Jewish neighborhoods.

The mufti of Jerusalem, Sheikh Muhammad Ahmad Hussein, said he was unfamiliar with the details but called the entry of Jewish residents into Silwan a “criminal act” that furthered the “Judaization” of Jerusalem. He called on the Israeli government to stop the settlers and arrest them.

The Ir David area, also known as the City of David, is believed by some archaeologists to be the site of the original palace of King David, the biblical ruler of Israel.

The new Jewish residents of Silwan are part of a larger trend of returning the area to its “historical owners, the Jewish people,” MK Moti Yogev of the right-wing Jewish Home party said, and added that Jewish residency in East Jerusalem helped to ensure that a “united Jerusalem” remained as Israel’s capital.

Even the Koran admits Jerusalem belongs to the Jews
Israel is mentioned eight times in the Koran and there is not a single mention that it belongs to Arabs or Muslims. Whenever there is a reference to the Land of Israel and to whom it belongs, the Koran points to the Jewish people.

Muslims have no genuine religious respect for the sacredness of the site, which is routinely used as a soccer field and where Arab families go to picnic.
