WHAT MOTIVATED FORMER ISRAELI PRIME MINISTER SHARON TO EXPEL ISRAELIS FROM THEIR HOMES

In the aftermath of the demise of Israel's former Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, Israelis have chosen to celebrate his achievements rather than his decisions at the end of his political life in 2005 to expel thousands of citizens from the communities of Gush Katif in Gaza, or "Disengagement," as he euphemistically called it and to hand the territory to the Arabs.

This surrender has harmed both Arabs and Jews.  Arabs live under the control of corrupt and violent Jihadist Hamas, while Jews in the surrounding areas have endured years of rocket attacks launched by Gazans.

But one of the worst parts of Ariel Sharon's tragic decision to surrender Gaza is that he did not take it with the best interest of Israelis in mind.

It has been alleged for years that the withdrawal from Gaza was done as a result  a secret deal with leftist and pro-Arab judicial authorities as the price to pay to keep Sharon and his two sons - who had been embroiled in corrupt financial practices - from going to jail.

As you can see, this is only one example of how Israeli politicians are manipulated by forces that for the most part remain in the shadows

Israelis go to the polls and vote for the political parties that they think will represent their interests in the Knesset (parliament).  And then right wing and center-right wing voters watch how routinely their elected politicians switch to the left once in power and carry out a left-wing agenda.

Ariel Sharon was one of those politicians.  Once a hawk, he turned 180 degrees to the left and forced the expulsion of ten thousand Israelis from their land, just because they were Jews - something that would not be acceptable in any other civilized country these days.

The result of Sharon's "DISENGAGEMENT" from Gaza:

Israel National News in 2012:  Since the Disengagement, Palestinian Authority Arab terrorists have increased the range and intensity of the mortar and missile fire aimed at southern Israel from Gaza. Today their deadly attacks reach dozens of kilometers further north than ever before, with many launched from terrorist camps built upon the ruins of once-flourishing Jewish towns.

Those Israeli expellees saw their livelihoods and lives broken.  They had developed high-tech greenhouses which once in the hands of the Palestinians, were simply destroyed.  Eight years later, many of the expellees are still living in sub-standard trailers provided by the government.

GRAPHIC PICTURES of the brutality with which the Israeli government expelled Jews from their homes in Amona.  These pictures are from Israel.  Not some Eastern European country under Nazi control.  This is a pogrom perpetrated by the Israeli government against Israeli citizens, just because they were Jewish.

In the meantime, US Secretary of State Kerry demands more expulsions of Jews from their homes in Israel - 85,000 to start with.
