Cannibalism, not a rare occurrence in the Middle East

Back in 2000....

On the morning of October 12, 2000, two Israeli reservists, Yesef Avrahami and Vadim Novesche, took a wrong turn on the highway and ended up being stopped by several of Arafat's Palestinian Authority "policemen."

They were taken to a police station within Ramallah where they began undergoing an interrogation.

Soon word got out on the streets that two Israelis were being held for questioning. Suddenly a mob gathered outside the police station, demanding their deaths.

The interrogation ended and the barbaric, cannibalistic mutilations began.

Avrahami and Novesche were beaten, stabbed countless times, their eyes were gouged from their sockets and literally disemboweled and dismembered with the attackers' bare hands.

The promotion of ritual human sacrifice and cannibalism has been a topic of discussion on two Egyptian TV programs recently.

On Al-Tahrir Egyptian TV advisor Ahmad Abdo Maher, discuses the high-school curriculum issued by the highest religious authority in Egypt, Al-Azhar University, which encouraged students to cannibalize apostates and Muslims who abandon praying.

The schoolbook stipulated that the act can be carried out so long the human flesh is eaten uncooked in respect to the dead body and that the act “does not necessitate a governor’s consent or is it punishable by law.”
