This adorable video shows the amazing moment a youngster, complete with his favourite striped tiger suit, toyed with a real-life tiger cub.
The six-month-old big cat named Kali seems in playful mood as she tries to play with Marshall Shaffer at Point Defiance Zoo in Tacoma, Washington.
Two-year-old Marshall is full of giggles as he runs up and down the viewing area and has a whale of a time sparring with his chum.
At one point when Marshall takes a fall, the tiger cub adopts a similar pose almost mimicking the position of her newest friend.
The heart-melting footage was taped by Marshall's parents, Heath and Jackie Shaffer.
