UK MAN SUES GOVERNMENT AFTER OTTERS EAT ALL THE FISH AT HIS FISH FARM

Fish farmer in Wales is suing the government for setting up a colony of otters in the vicinity of his fish farm, who helped themselves to $22,000 worth of carp in his pond. 
  

Otters were hunted almost to extinction in the UK until 30 years ago, when the government set up a program to bring their population back. 

 

This farmer claims that the government did not warn him of this new otter colony, and is suing for 3 million dollars.
